Now a days because of the  hectic life schedule, are engaged in taking unhealthy packed foods or go-to foods  which results in heart-disease, obesity , bones weakness, pain in body because of the deficiency of proper nutrients in our body . But we are unable to realize the fact that in a long run we are actually destroying  our own well being and preparing ourselves for the long-term medication
