Paneer Curry With Stuffed Potato
Following are the ingredients needed for making Panner Curry With Stuffed Potato :
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 Medium Sized Tomato
- 1 teaspoon melon seeds
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- 5-6 dried grapes(kismis)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Salt according to taste
- A little amount of sugar (1/2 teaspoon )
- Cornflour 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon of fine flour
- 250 gm of Paneer
- Kasturi Methi
- Refined Oil or Olive oil
Now , let's move forward with the process for preparing an appetizing recipe without onion and garlic i.e. Panner Stuffed Potato Curry
Step-1: In bowl take the boiled potato and smash it. Add pinch of salt according to the taste , and add a pinch of chilly powder , to it and mix it well .
Step-2: Slice the panner in square shape with half-a-centimeter of width and fill-up the stuff in between 2 slice of paneer as well as add a kismis in between .
Step-3: Take a bowl and mix the Cornflour and fine flour add the required salt and and a pinch of chilly powder to it . As well add water little by little to make a paste to dip in
Step-4: Take a pan , add oil to it on the medium flame . Once the oil is heated up , fry the paneer slices until it turns golden .
Step-5: Grind the tomatoes , cashew and melon seeds altogether .
Step-6: Take another pan in medium flame , add 2 tablespoon of oil , and after it is heated up add the grinded paste and let it boil.
Step-7: After it start to boil add , turmeric, chilli powder , curry powder , garam masala and half a cup of water to it let it cook for a while .
Step-8: After 5 mins , add Amul Cream and pinch of sugar to it and stir it well . If the curry thicken add some water .
Step-9: After 2-3 mins , add the fried paneer slices and mix it well and above that add the Kasturi Methi ,stir it and it is ready to be served .
Step-10: Take it out in a container and garnish it with come more cream .
