Paneer Recipe

 Paneer Curry With Stuffed Potato





Following are the ingredients needed for making Panner Curry With Stuffed Potato :

  • 1 Boiled Potato  

  • 1  Medium Sized Tomato 

  •  1 teaspoon melon seeds  

  •  5-6 cashew nuts  

  •  5-6 dried grapes(kismis)                

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 

  •  1/2 teaspoon of chilly powder        

  •  1 teaspoon of curry powder  

  •  Salt according to taste  

  • A little amount of sugar (1/2 teaspoon ) 

  •  Cornflour 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon of fine flour 

  •   250 gm of Paneer    

  •  Kasturi Methi     
  •   Refined Oil  or   Olive oil           

 

 Now , let's move forward with the process for preparing an appetizing recipe without onion and garlic i.e. Panner Stuffed Potato Curry 

 



 Step-1:   In bowl take the boiled potato and smash it. Add pinch of salt according to the taste , and add a pinch of chilly powder , to it and mix it well . 

Step-2:  Slice the panner in square shape with half-a-centimeter of width and fill-up the stuff  in between 2 slice of paneer as well as add a kismis in between .

 


Step-3:  Take a bowl and mix the Cornflour and fine flour add the required salt and and  a  pinch of chilly powder to it . As well add water little by little to make a paste to dip in

Step-4:  Take a pan , add oil to it on the medium flame . Once the oil is heated up , fry the   paneer slices until it turns golden .

Step-5:  Grind the tomatoes , cashew and melon seeds altogether . 

Step-6: Take another pan in medium flame , add 2 tablespoon of oil , and after it is heated up add the grinded paste and let it boil. 

Step-7: After it start to boil add , turmeric, chilli powder , curry powder , garam masala and  half a cup of water to it  let it cook for a while . 

Step-8: After 5 mins , add Amul Cream and pinch of sugar to it and stir it well . If the curry thicken add some water .

Step-9: After 2-3 mins , add the fried paneer slices and mix it well and  above that add the     Kasturi Methi ,stir it and it is ready to be served .

 Step-10: Take it out in a container and garnish it with come more cream .

Jagannath Balabh

 JAGANNATH BALLABH


Hey folks , we are up with the new recipe. Another sweet of the Chappan Bhog , a delicious  delight . "Jagannath Ballabh" . 


Let's start the recipe of Jagannath Ballabh by looking onto the ingredients needed:
    • 1/2 cup desi ghee / butter
    • 1 cup wheat flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar 
    • 2 cardamom
    • 3 cloves 
    • 1 pinch of nutmeg powder 

Without a further do let's start the recipe!




Step-1:  Take a pan and add Ghee on low flame . 
Step-2:  After the Ghee melts , add  wheat flour to it and roast it until the color changes to golden brown . Keep stirring continuously  to avoid over-roasting which may results in bitter test . 
Step-3:  In another pan , take sugar and 1/2 cup water , mix it well till the sugar is completely dissolved in the water 
Step-4:  Meanwhile , take  cardamom , clove , and nutmeg and grind into a powder
Step-5:  After the sugar is dissolved , add the powder and mix it well, let the syrup get cooked for a while until a string consistency appears.
Step-6:  Now add the roasted wheat flout to the syrup and constantly stir it till the mixture get thickened .
Step-7:  After 2-3 mins , the mixture is thickened , turn off the stove .
Step-8: Greece a plate with Ghee or Butter and transfer the mixture into it and flatten the mixture with a spatula. 
Step-9:  Let it set for 5-7 mins and then cut it into squared shaped pieces .

Now your Jagannath Ballabh is ready to dive in .

Recipe of Nadia keli

NADIA KELI

Nadia keli , a famous east odian sweet also one of the 56th item that are served to the almighty Lord Jagannath. Is not it astonishing how a single deity in the world who doesnot have mouth to chew but being served over 56 dishes . Not only his presence charismises us but the beliefs associated pulls up a string to pulverize a sense of belongingness towards our very own protector, our friend our guardian our every thing.

 

Now lets move on to how a marvelous of a recipe it is i.e, Nadia Keli :

 

Nadia Keli

 

 To make Nadia Keli following ingredients are required :
    • 1 cup Grated Coconut 
    • 1 and 1/2 cup Wheat flour 
    •  1/2 cup Sugar
    • Refined oil or Ghee
    • Cardamom powder
    • Water
Now let's move forward to see how to prepare our today's dish i.e Nadia Keli 

Step-1 : Turn on the stove, and put the frying pan on it with a low flame. 
Step-2: Put 100 gm of ghee in it  and  ,add wheat flour in it .  
Step-3: Fry until it gets a bit golden brown , then remove it on a plate .
Step-4: Now add the grated coconut with the flour and gently kneed it into a smooth dough .
Step-5: From the dough shape it into several small balls, lets move on to the frying part.
Step-6: Turn on the stove , put the pan on low flame and pour refined oil or ghee  in it. 
Step-7:After the oil is heated enough , put the dough balls in it and evenly fry it in low flame until it turns golden-brown in color. 
Step-8: Take another pan , add water to it and  sugar to it . Check whether the solution is giving off stringy appearance to it then add the fried balls into the Chasni and mix it well . 
Step-9: After the fried balls got soaked well in the sugar syrup , sprinkle the cardamom powder over the Nadia Keli . 
Now the Nadia Keli is ready to be served  after it is cooled down .
